Tough machine structure
The super rigid C-type machine structure, designed with the help from finite element analysis, minimizes any distortion which may occur from changes in machining environment and condition. All axes integrate Roller LM Guide for fast and stable feed.
Automatic table switching mechanism
The dual tables in VESTA-610D guarantee high level of productivity (6 secs/180 degree). The rotating switching mechanism is equipped with hydraulic clamps; and a workpiece can be loaded and unloaded during a process to save cutting time.
Compact automatic tool changer
Hwacheon’s unique compact magazine design allows for quick tool switching, and minimizes the machine down time.
