Going forward, in order to maintain the AEA certification, Martins must complete 70 hours of continuing education every five years, achieve a successful appraisal review every two years, comply with all Standards and Procedures of Professional Appraisal Practice, and undergo current testing by USPAP renewal policies.

Nelson explains, “This designation enhances DiPaolo’s value. Our client-centric culture finds us looking for ways to take the services we provide to the next level. In all we do, we aim to serve our clients to the best of our ability. We work hard to earn their confidence and continue to add to our offerings. When it comes to machine tool needs, we hope to be the first place they think of.” He adds, “Whether looking for an appraisal on one piece of equipment or an entire plant with a variety of machines, I’ll deliver a dependable, quality report”.
