The Samsung MCV 660 CNC Machine is a heavy duty, high precision and compact design machining center. The MCV 660 has a superior structural design and high reliability. This Samsung machining center has a high speed and high precision spindle with a direct mount for minimal noise.
The Samsung MCV660 is a vertical machining center designed for accurate heavy duty machining.
It has an X axis travel of 59.8 inches, Y axis travel of 26 inches and Z axis travel of 25.6 inches. Table size is 66.9 by 25.6 inches with a load capacity of 4,400 pounds. The spindle nose to table surface is 7.9 to 33.5 inches.
Maximum cutting feed rate is 394 inches per minute on all axes. Maximum rapid rate is 787 inches per minute on X and Y axis, and 630 inches per minute on the Z axis.
Spinde speed is a maximum of 6,000 rpm driven by a 20 hp Fanuc motor. Spindle torque is 452 foot pounds driven through a 2 gear transmission. A CAT 50 taper spindle is also standard.
Maximum tool weight of the 30 tool ATC is 35 lbs. Automatic tool change time is 2.5 seconds.
Standard machine features include rigid tapping, helical interpolation, and through the spindle coolant.

The Samsung SL 15E CNC Lathe uses advanced technology to meet your diversified machining needs. This CNC turning lathe utilizes a high speed turret indexing time and high speed axis traverse time to reduce machine idle time and increase machining productivity. In addition, the Samsung SL 15E’s high precision gearless main spindle coupled with 3-points ball screw supporting design and AC servo motors ensures minimal machine vibration, backlash, and thermal deformation for achieving high precision machining accuracy.
The Samsung SL 15E is a high technology 2 axis CNC lathe. Its rigid 45 degree slant bed and integrated box ways are designed for ultra precision and heavy-duty machining. It swings 17.7 inches over the bed, and 11.8 inches over the cross slide. It has a turning diameter and turning length of 20.5 inches. Rapids on X are 945 inches per minute and 1181 inches per minute on Z. The machine weighs 8,600 lbs. The anandard machine has a Fanuc control.
The machine is fitted with a bi-directional 10 station hydraulic turret utilizing built in turning tool pockets and wedge clamp system. It has a turning and facing tool size of 1 inch and a maximum boring bar size of 2 inches. Turret rotate time is .25 seconds.
A heavy duty tailstock is also standard on the machine. Quill is fully programmable with 2.95” of quill travel and an MT#4 center.
Other standard features include a machine work light, an independent reservoir coolant system, bar feed interface, and an easy access automatic way lubrication system.
